1. Controller

2. What we collect

CAD files — on this version of the site, files are processed in your browser only and are not uploaded to our servers.
Order requests — when you send an order request, your email app sends us your name, email address, delivery postcode, notes and quote details.
Technical data — our hosting provider may log IP addresses and requests for security. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and 3D libraries from the jsDelivr CDN, which receive your IP address.

3. Why

To prepare quotes, fulfil orders and reply to you (contract / steps before a contract), and to keep the site secure (legitimate interests).

4. How long

Order correspondence is kept for 6 years for accounting purposes. Design files sent to us are deleted on request or 12 months after your last order.

5. Sharing

We share files and specifications only with the vetted UK workshop that makes your parts, under confidentiality terms, and with our courier for delivery.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can object to processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. A saved quote link stores your configuration in the URL only.
