1. Who we are

SnapForge ("we", "us") is an on-demand manufacturing service based in Sheffield, United Kingdom. Contact: admin@snapforge.co.uk. [TODO: legal entity name, company number and registered address once incorporated.]

2. Quotes

Prices shown on this website are indicative estimates generated automatically from your file and chosen options. They are not an offer. A binding price, lead time and specification are confirmed by a SnapForge engineer in writing before production.

3. Orders

An order is formed only when we confirm it by email and payment (where required) has been received. Online payment is not yet available on this site.

4. Your designs

You keep all intellectual property in your designs. You confirm you have the right to have them manufactured. We use your files only to quote and make your parts. An NDA is available on request.

5. Quality guarantee

Parts are inspected before dispatch. If a part does not match the agreed specification, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund it (the "30-day remake or refund" promise). This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Delivery

UK delivery by courier. Delivery is free for orders of £150 or more (inc. VAT); otherwise a delivery charge is shown before you order. Ship dates are estimates.

7. Liability
